Gologin LLC (USA) (“Gologin”, “we”, “our”) is the main data controller for all users of Gologin products, including our website, desktop application, and npm packages. This Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, your rights, and who helps us process data.

1. What Data We Collect
We only collect what’s necessary to provide and improve our services, such as:
- Account data: email, (optionally) Telegram handle — for registration and login.
- Device & technical info: IP address, device type, OS, app version, workspace ID, and crash logs (when using the app or npm package).
- Usage data: settings, features you use, activity logs.
- Payment data: payment details are processed by our partners (we never store your full card number).
- Support & communication: messages you send to our support team.

We do NOT collect special categories of data (health, religion, biometrics, or children’s data).
2. Why We Collect Data
We use your data to:
- Register and manage your account
- Provide and improve Gologin products and services
- Diagnose and fix technical issues (including error reporting via Sentry)
- Communicate with you for support, feedback, or product updates
- Prevent fraud and ensure security
- Process payments and comply with tax/accounting laws
- Analyze usage to improve our product (aggregate analytics only)

We never sell your data. We only share data with our affiliates and with trusted partners (“processors”) who help us operate Gologin. They may process your data only under our instructions and in line with privacy laws.
Our affiliates: Scalehat LLC and GOLESS S.à r.l. help us run Gologin and may accept payments on our behalf.
Main processors:
- Payments: Stripe, Paddle (merchant of record for the purchases it processes), PayPal, Cryptomus
- Cloud & Hosting: Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Cloudflare
- Analytics & Tag Management: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity
- Customer Support & Communication: Intercom, SendGrid, Brevo, and AI service providers that help us sort and summarize support requests
- Error Monitoring: Sentry
Advertising: Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit and Quora receive cookie identifiers, the pages you visit and conversion events through their pixels on our website, so we can measure and show our ads. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to opt out.
5. Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in the USA, EU, or other countries. If data is transferred outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or other legal safeguards.

If your Trial plan ends and no payments are made within 180 days, your browser profiles will be deleted automatically.
We delete or anonymize your data when it is no longer needed.
7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to:
- Access your data (get a copy)
- Correct or delete your data (change info, close account, or ask us to erase)
- Object to or restrict certain processing (including analytics, marketing, or telemetry)
- Disable telemetry at any time (set GOLOGIN_TELEMETRY=0 in the app or npm package)
- Data portability (get your data in a machine-readable format)
- Withdraw consent at any time (for marketing or analytics)
- No automated decision-making: we do not use profiling or automatic decisions
California (CCPA):
You may request information on data collected in the last 12 months and ask for deletion (“Do Not Sell My Info”). We do not sell your data.

8. Children’s Privacy
Gologin is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We use strong industry-standard security:
- Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
- Strict access controls and monitoring
- Regular security reviews and updates

If we update this Policy, we will post changes here and, for major changes, notify you by email or in-app notice.
