What this policy covers

This policy applies to all Gologin services: the desktop and web app, cloud browser, cloud Android phones, the browser API and MCP server, and the proxy access Gologin provides through third-party proxy network providers (together, the “Services”). It is part of our Terms of Service. By using the Services you agree to follow it.

You are responsible for how the Services are used under your account: by you, by everyone you share access with (teammates, clients, contractors), and by any script, automation or AI agent you connect.

What Gologin is for

Gologin gives every account an isolated browser profile with its own fingerprint, cookies, storage and location, so teams can work with many accounts from one device and share access without sharing passwords. People use Gologin to:

  • manage their own accounts and their clients’ accounts: agencies, social media managers, e-commerce sellers with several storefronts, affiliate and growth teams;
  • protect their privacy and keep work, clients and personal browsing apart;
  • test websites and apps across browsers, devices and locations;
  • study security threats in an isolated environment, with permission;
  • collect publicly available data responsibly;
  • give scripts and AI agents a browser of their own.

Use Gologin only with accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and only in line with the law and the terms of every website and platform you use through it.

What is not allowed

You may not use the Services, or help anyone else use them, for any of the following.

1. Fraud and financial crime

  • Scams, phishing, money laundering, terrorist financing or any other fraud.
  • Using another person’s identity, documents, payment cards or bank accounts without their permission, including to pass identity verification (KYC) or to make payments.
  • Carding, chargeback fraud, or testing stolen payment details.
  • Dealing with people, companies or regions under sanctions, or helping anyone avoid sanctions or export controls.

2. Evading bans and impersonation

  • Creating or using accounts to get around a ban, suspension or restriction that a website or platform has imposed on you, your clients or your accounts.
  • Pretending to be another person or organization, or creating accounts with false identities to deceive a platform or its users.
  • Buying, selling or renting accounts of other platforms, or registering accounts in bulk to resell them.

3. Abuse of bonuses and promotions

  • Claiming sign-up bonuses, free trials, referral rewards, discounts, giveaways, betting or casino offers, or crypto airdrops more times than their terms allow, including through several accounts when an offer is limited to one person.

4. Ticket scalping and purchase limits

  • Using bots or automated tools to buy tickets in violation of the U.S. Better Online Ticket Sales Act (BOTS Act) or similar laws.
  • Getting around purchase limits, queues or verification set by sellers of tickets or limited goods.

5. Fake engagement and spam

  • Creating fake likes, follows, subscribers, reviews, ratings, votes, comments, views, installs or ad clicks.
  • Running networks of accounts or bots to manipulate reach, rankings, trends or public opinion.
  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages or emails.

6. Unauthorized access and attacks

  • Getting into accounts, systems or data without permission, including account takeover, credential stuffing and password guessing.
  • Using stolen credentials, cookies or session tokens.
  • Distributing malware, ransomware or other harmful code.
  • Denial-of-service attacks, or scanning and testing systems you don’t own and have no permission to test.

7. Unlawful data collection

  • Collecting personal data without a legal basis, or in breach of privacy laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
  • Collecting data that is not publicly available without the owner’s permission.
  • Using collected data in breach of privacy, intellectual property or database rights.

8. Illegal and harmful content

  • Child sexual abuse material. We have zero tolerance and report it to the authorities.
  • Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, harassment, threats or hate speech.
  • Content or activity that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property.
  • Any other activity that is illegal where you or your target audience are.

Proxies and cloud resources

Proxies provided through Gologin, which come from third-party proxy network providers, and our cloud browsers and cloud Android phones may be used only for activities this policy allows. In particular, you may not use them to:

  • send spam or bulk email, or host phishing pages;
  • attack, scan or overload other systems, or take part in denial-of-service attacks;
  • distribute malware or access illegal content;
  • resell, sublease or share proxies or cloud resources outside your account without a written agreement with us;
  • interfere with our infrastructure or our providers, or get around usage limits, metering or billing.

To protect our infrastructure and our proxy providers’ networks, we may limit traffic, block some destinations, and keep the technical records needed to investigate abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Security research

Security research is welcome when you have permission to test the target: your own systems, a bug bounty program within its published scope, or the owner’s written consent. Research must stay within that permission and must not harm other users, services or data.

Automation, scripts and AI agents

You may automate the Services through our API, our MCP server and integrations such as Selenium, Puppeteer and Playwright, for the purposes this policy allows. The same rules apply to your scripts and AI agents as to you, and you are responsible for what they do. Respect the rate limits and terms of the websites they visit, and keep a person in charge of actions that can affect others, such as payments, messages to many people or changes to accounts.

Your responsibilities

  • Follow the terms of service, policies and rules of every website, platform and service you access through Gologin. Gologin does not change how those platforms apply their rules.
  • Make sure everyone you give access to follows this policy.
  • Keep your account and its credentials secure, and tell us if you believe someone else is using them.
  • Answer our questions when we look into a report about your account.

How we enforce this policy

We review abuse reports and signals of misuse. If we believe the Services are used in breach of this policy or our Terms of Service, we may, depending on how serious the breach is and without prior notice:

  • warn you and ask you to stop;
  • suspend or block access to the Services, your account, a workspace or individual browser profiles;
  • disable the proxy access and cloud resources provided through Gologin;
  • close your account without refunding the current subscription period;
  • keep the records needed to investigate, and share information with law enforcement or affected parties where the law requires or allows it.

Fraud, account takeover and child sexual abuse material lead to immediate termination. We may refuse service to anyone who has broken this policy before. If you believe we acted in error, write to legal@gologin.com.

Report abuse

If you see Gologin used in breach of this policy, write to abuse@gologin.com. The Report abuse page explains what to include. Requests from law enforcement and other legal notices go to legal@gologin.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If you keep using the Services after a change, the updated policy applies to you.
