March was a big month. We shipped updates to the Android app, the desktop, and the web version. Here’s what changed.
Android: Better Profiles, Proxies and Interface
The Android app got several updates this month. Working with profiles and proxies is now faster and less frustrating.
We redesigned the interface.
The login and sign-up screens got a fresh look — cleaner, easier to use.
First time opening the app? There’s now a short setup survey that helps you get started faster.
Plans are more flexible now. You can pick the number of profiles, add proxy traffic, and invite team members — all in one place.
We added a profile trash bin. If you delete a profile by mistake, you can get it back.
Adding proxies is quicker now — just paste the full string or grab it from your clipboard. The app can also auto-detect the fastest protocol, or you can pick one yourself.
You can now see how much Gologin proxy traffic you’ve used. Checking if a proxy works is also clearer — no more guessing.
Email confirmation is simpler and faster now. We also improved SOCKS5 proxy launches and the proxy setup form.
And a few bug fixes:
- Fixed errors when switching between folders
- Profiles made in the desktop app now open on Android without issues
- The first-launch profile notification no longer closes on its own
Desktop and Web: One Look, More Control
The desktop app and web version got some solid updates too.
The desktop app now looks the same as the web version. Same layout, same feel — no more visual switching between platforms.
Profile table settings got a rework. Settings are now grouped by category, so finding what you need takes less time.
New page: Cloud Browser Usage. See how much of your cloud profile limit you’ve used, all in one spot.
Web users now have a quick link to jump straight into the Cloud Android.
A few more fixes:
- Old cookies no longer show up when you create a new profile
- Proxy devices now show the proxy name and its current status
- Font loading when starting a profile works better now
Summary
This month was about making the day-to-day stuff easier. Profile trash bin, faster proxy setup, a cleaner unified interface, cloud usage tracking — small things that add up.
