August was a busy month. We made static IPs available to all users, launched new Custom plans, added support for local currencies, and released several useful updates for Android and desktop. Here’s what changed.
Static IPs Are Now Available to Everyone
In August, static IPs became available to all Gologin users.
We’ve also made purchasing more convenient: you can now pay for multiple static IPs from different countries in a single transaction directly on the Proxies page.
Local Currencies
We added support for local currencies in 11 countries, including Brazil, the United Kingdom, India, Canada, Turkey, and others. You can now pay in your local currency.
Desktop & Web: Security and Convenience
In August, we strengthened control when multiple users work with the same profile.
Active Session Lock is now enabled for all profiles. This helps prevent conflicts and errors when multiple users work with the same profile at the same time.
When a profile is being used simultaneously, part of the email address of the user who launched it is now displayed, making it easy to see who is currently using the profile.
We’ve also introduced several other improvements:
- For macOS M5, you can now choose the OS version
- The web version now has an Install App button for quick desktop app installation
- New RAM options – 16 and 32 GB – are available for profile configuration
- New Custom plans are now available for more flexible subscription setup
- The new Proxies page is now available in the desktop app – the same convenient interface as in the web version
Cloud Android
Cloud Android browser sessions are now saved – all open tabs and logged-in accounts are preserved when you launch the profile again.
Android: Geolocation, Workspaces, and Interface
The Android app received several useful updates in August.
- Improved geolocation when using a proxy or no proxy
- You can now manage workspaces directly from your phone – leave, delete, or rename them
- Android profiles now support screen resolution selection
- The User Agent for Android profiles is now automatically set to “Android 10; K”
- A warning now appears when launching a profile with an OS other than Android
- Notifications have been moved to the top of the screen
- The language selection field is now hidden when Based on IP is selected
