How do I start a free 7-day Trial?

The 7-day free Trial starts automatically after you register on Gologin! To register in the app, just download the app at https://gologin.com/download/ and install it on your device. You will be presented with the registration window at the first launch.

Are Browser Profiles any different on a Trial plan other than on a Paid one? Are they any worse?

No, they are not any worse or any different. You are getting the same quality on a Trial plan to test the features.

How do I buy a subscription plan?

To purchase a subscription plan, go to the main menu at the top-right > Settings & Members > Billing Plans > Change plan

How do I change my payment method?

Currently, you cannot change the payment method without making a payment. Here’s what you can do:
  • remove the current payment method at the main menu at the top-right > Settings & Members > Billing Plans > Payment Methods > Delete the payment method Untitled-2 (1).jpg
  • wait for the current plan to elapse and purchase a new one with the new card or PayPal
You can also purchase the new plan immediately while your current plan is active, to update your payment method.

When does my subscription end?

To get the date, go to main menu at the top-right > Settings & Members > Billing plans > Payment history section. The Expires on date would be the date of the next payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit or Debit cards, PayPal and Crypto payments.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to main menu at the top-right > Settings & Members > Billing Plans > Cancel Subscription. After canceling, click Delete Payment Method to prevent future charges. Your profiles remain accessible until the current billing period ends.

Does canceling automatically refund my payment?

No. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger an automatic refund. To request a refund, contact support via the in-app chat. GoLogin offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

How long does a refund take?

Typically 5 business days. In rare cases, it may take up to 21 business days depending on your payment provider.

How do I downgrade my plan?

Downgrading is only possible after your current billing cycle ends. Cancel your current subscription, wait for it to expire, then subscribe to a lower plan. To switch to the Forever Free plan, you must have 3 or fewer profiles.

How do I add team members?

Team members are available on Business plan and above. Go to main menu at the top-right > Settings & Members > Billing Plans > Change Plan and click + to add members. On the Professional plan, you can share individual profiles with users on the free plan as a workaround.

What are the cloud browser concurrent session limits?

  • Professional: 1 session
  • Business: 2 sessions
  • Enterprise: 3 sessions
These limits apply to cloud (Run in Cloud / web app) launches only. Local desktop launches are not limited by plan.

Which cryptocurrency networks are supported?

GoLogin accepts BTC, LTC, BCH, DOGE, and ETH (ERC-20 network only).
If you send crypto on the wrong network (e.g., TRC-20, BEP-20), the payment will not arrive and cannot be recovered. Always verify the network before sending.

My payment went through but my subscription wasn’t updated.

Bank transfers and some PayPal payments may take several days to process. Try restarting the GoLogin app. If the issue persists after 24 hours, contact support with your payment confirmation.
