🔍 About OutCheese

OutCheese is a B2B lead generation agency helping companies generate qualified meetings through LinkedIn, email, Telegram, and WhatsApp outreach. That means keeping sessions alive and safe matters twice over: both our own accounts and our clients’.

We also share access to tools like a $200/month Claude subscription and ChatGPT, so the whole team works from the same context – session and access management isn’t just about social accounts, it’s part of how the whole agency runs day to day.

1. The Challenges

That’s why we take account safety as seriously as we do. Specifically:

  • Team access without tripping detection. I needed my team to log into the same accounts in parallel, from different devices and IPs, without getting flagged.
  • LinkedIn’s sensitivity. LinkedIn accounts react badly to device changes, extra sessions, shifting geo, and inconsistent cookies – exactly the pattern a distributed team creates by default.
  • Client accounts owned by someone else, used by many. A client (the account owner) might be travelling between countries and business events, while several people on my team also need to work inside that same profile. Logged in directly, that pattern reads as suspicious to LinkedIn – restrictions, bans, identity checks – even though every person involved is real.

A blocked account means direct losses either way. Block our own – we lose money. Block a client's – we lose their trust.

2. Previous Solutions

Before Gologin, we used AdsPower and Dolphin Anty.

  • AdsPower had a nicer interface, gave full control, and made moving profiles (with cookies) easy.
  • Dolphin didn’t offer the scalability we needed.
  • The real dealbreaker for both: no good cloud option at the time. Every session was stored locally and ate up a large amount of disk space. Managing dozens of profiles could mean running out of storage – and deleting a profile didn’t reliably free that space back up.

❓ What Didn’t Work?

  1. Managing dozens of profiles meant constantly running out of disk space – and even deleting a profile didn’t free that space back up.
  2. Sessions living on one person’s machine made it hard to hand work off to teammates without directly sharing logins.

3. Looking For New Solution & Choosing Gologin

  • Gologin didn’t win me over immediately – it was recommended to me, and I decided to give it a shot.
  • The cloud-based architecture was the first thing that won me over – no local session storage, and the ability to log in from any device.

💡 What made you choose Gologin over alternatives?

  • The GetSales integration. This was the deciding factor – it gave my team one reliable, shared LinkedIn session with a single login, and resolved the account-security concern that had been my biggest worry. Most clients are now onboarded through GetSales specifically because of this, though some are still set up directly in Gologin.
  • Cloud access from anywhere. Nothing has to live on one computer – my team logs in from any device, any location, with nothing to run out of.
  • Granular access control. Profiles sit in folders by project, client, and initiative, with layered permissions (Can run / Can edit / Full access) – interns get run-only access, trusted team members get full control.
  • Session locking. For client LinkedIn accounts, a session can be locked to one active user at a time, so simultaneous logins from different places – which look suspicious to LinkedIn – can’t happen by accident.

✍🏻 Time for some criticism

  • A couple of minor LinkedIn glitches came up along the way.
  • One case where a ChatGPT account got blocked and kept asking to re-login, for reasons that were never fully identified – an isolated incident, not a pattern.
  • Support can be slow to fully resolve some issues – one case (recurring re-logins and browser glitches) took around seven months; the team got plenty of suggestions along the way, but nothing fixed it directly, and it eventually stopped happening on its own.

4. Implementation & Results

  1. My team now works entirely through folders and layered access – nobody logs directly into a shared account without going through Gologin’s structure.
  2. Client LinkedIn accounts stay under one locked session instead of being passed around directly, removing the “multiple logins from different places” pattern that used to put accounts at risk.
  3. Onboarding a new client now takes about a minute of self-serve login instead of a 15–20 minute walkthrough call.

✔️ Some Performance Estimates

  • Advanced fingerprinting. The setup simulates OS, MAC address, screen resolution, headers, and more. From what I can tell, it’s pretty advanced.
  • Dedicated proxies. Each profile runs on its own proxy – static residential or ISP-grade (I use Proxy-Seller and BrightData), never datacenter, since consistent geo/IP matters more than anything else for account safety.

I just send the client a login link. They open it on their own device, without downloading Gologin or learning how antidetect browsers work. What used to take a 20-minute onboarding call now takes about a minute.

5. The Outcomes

Can you consider Gologin an integral part of your current workflow?

  • Yes – it resolved our agency’s central risk (account safety, both ours and our clients’) and became something we use every day without friction. The integration with GetSales is important enough to us that we have no plans to switch to another antidetect tool.

How do you feel after switching to the new solution?

  • Mostly positive. What stands out: cloud access from any device, folders with flexible access levels (Can run / Can edit / Full access), one shared LinkedIn session plus a login link for clients, support in Russian, crypto payments, and practical tips from Gologin’s own articles – the Telegram multi-accounting guide was specifically useful.

What is the key metric you would name as the before-after result of using Gologin?

  • Time spent onboarding a new client before: a 15–20 minute walkthrough call.
  • Time spent now: about 1 minute, self-serve, via a login link.
