BitCloudPhone is a new cloud phone service by BitBrowser that lets you run Android or iOS phone profiles in the cloud. Cloud phones are trending in 2026 and many antidetect browser companies like BitBrowser and Gologin have started offering cloud phones now.
The appeal for cloud phones is simple: People used antidetect browsers to manage multiple accounts but browsers lack some features that mobile phones have, hence the antidetect cloud phone profiles are used.
In this blog, I reviewed the BitCloudPhone by BitBrowser. It is one of the very few products that also offer iOS phones as well since you can’t emulate an iOS phone like you can emulate Android. However, this blog puts their claims to test, check performance, reliability, speed, proxies and other RPA and synchronization features.
What is BitCloudPhone?
BitCloudPhone is a cloud phone product inside the BitBrowser app that lets you run Android or iOS phones in the cloud, directly from your desktop. You can run multiple phone sessions at once, synchronize actions, run RPA bots to automate tasks, and manage multiple accounts without the risk of getting banned. There is no separate app for the cloud phone feature. You can manage and launch your cloud phone profiles from the BitBrowser app.
Although cloud phones are integrated in the main BitBrowser app, they have a different pricing structure. You either pay for the amount of time you use it for, or rent it for a longer time frame using their subscription model. You first pay a fixed price per month for each phone you want to rent, and then pay an additional cloud computing cost for the usage time.
If we talk about functionality, BitCloudPhone has a RPA feature that lets you create customized workflows for your needs. The synchronizer feature lets you control multiple devices at once by performing the same tap on all devices at once. Moreover, you can pre-install apps, create automations, link proxies to hide your real IP and fingerprint.
My Honest Review of BitCloudPhone
BitCloudPhone is legit, works fine, and has a decent synchronizer feature. However, there are small issues in RPA, their automation marketplaces, proxies and other areas. Whenever I review an antidetect browser or a cloud phone platform, I rate them on:
- How easy is it to use the platform?
- Are the features self explanatory or confusing?
- Is the pricing structure transparent?
- Is their app robust or does it have broken screens or features?
- Are the advertised features just a gimmick or are they actually useful?
My honest take is that BitBrowser is easier to use compared to some other cloud phone platforms I’ve tried. The only issues I found was that their browser and cloud phone pricing is mixed up. It is hard to figure out the real pricing of cloud phones. Moreover, their workflow automation feature needs a bit of polishing related to user experience.
Cloud Phone Performance
To my surprise, BitCloudPhone’s cold start only took 40 seconds. Most phones I’ve tested take 2-3 minutes for the first start so this was definitely a big jump in performance.
However, every cold start takes the same amount of time. Launch time does not go down with time like you’d expect. However, 40 seconds is decent wait time so I am good with it.


Overall device performance was average. BitBrowser does not let you define the RAM and storage of your device. You can only select the Android version. Even in iOS, you can only select the iPhone SE 2. I can’t figure out how much RAM or processing cores I am getting since their profiles only let you select the Android version and are emulated.
Proxy Setup
There are no built-in proxies in the BitBrowser desktop app. It does offer discounts on a range of proxy providers but you have to buy them separately and add them to your BitBrowser account. I added my own Floppydata proxies. Thankfully, the batch import feature worked seamlessly. Otherwise, some antidetect browsers or cloud phone apps only accept a certain format and matching that is a headache.


However, when I went on to add the proxy to my cloud phone, it didn’t give me a list of imported proxies. Apparently, that batch proxy feature was meant for their antidetect browser profiles and is not included for the cloud phones yet. You have to add your proxy manually during creation of your cloud device.
One thing I really loved about the BitCloudPhone is that they automatically match the timezone and geolocation of the phone to your proxy. No other cloud phone provider I tested did this except Gologin.
RPA and Syncronizer
The RPA feature is okay but all workflows need to be manually created. To open an app, you have to put the specific package name of the app. Moreover, the RPA feature does not work on latest Android softwares. You must create devices with Android 11 or 12 to use it. Creating a task is easy and a non-technical person can figure it out. However, it would have been much better to have a library of pre-created workflows that I could use quickly.


The synchronizer feature disappointed me. I created 2 devices with the same specs and started using the synchronizer. The clicks on the other devices were slightly off which meant that other synced devices were doing totally different tasks than my master device. This bug makes the whole feature useless since this is the core of the synchronizer.


Device Control and Environment Tools
BitCLoudPhone includes root and ADB support for developers and product testers who want to play with the OS or test their app on different Android versions. However, since their Android devices are emulated, and not running on real ARM hardware, you can’t reliably test your app’s functionality.
You do have other features like fil upload, app installation, etc in the workflow settings. Moreover, I liked their phone screen and side bar controls to control volume and other key settings.
Pricing
BitCloudPhone’s pricing was not very transparent. I had to research the actual cost of usage. They do mention their phone prices on their website, and in their app as well but the currencies are different. Websites mention prices in USD while the app has Chinese Yen as the default currency. Anyways, here is their final pricing:
- Device fees for both Android and iOS. For Android, you pay $0.03 to create a device, and for iOS, you pay roughly $27/month to rent the device.
- On top of the one-time fee, you must pay $0.07/15 mins of usage for Android but I could not find any usage-based pricing for iOS.


For five Android devices used two hours every day, compute charges come to $0.56 per device per day at $0.07 per 15 minutes. Over 30 days, that equals $84 in total computer costs. Moreover, you must also pay $1.48/month for each device’s rental fee. The total cost exceeds $90/month for moderate multi-account use.
Ease of Use
BitCloudPhone is easy to use, and definitely does a lot of things right. However, it must be treated as a tool for multi-accounting for now. Expecting automations, heavy computing, or other tasks from it is not possible since the Synchronizer, RPA and other features need a lot of re-work.
What Customers Say About BitCloudPhone
BitCloudPhone does not have its own Trustpilot rating. However, I still read the reviews about BitBrowser on Trustpilot and Product Hunt. I think Product Hunt reviews are not original since they all have the same AI-generated tone, and reword the same thing.
Trustpilot shows a different story. BitBrowser is rated 4.1 stars and has mixed reviews about unhelpful customer support, or no refund. The positive reviews praise the platform for its cost effectiveness.
Trustpilot has flagged BitBrowser for fake reviews. The platform has removed many positive reviews about BitBrowser that it considered were fake and written with AI.

BitCloudPhone is a good option for light multi-accounting use case because it is easy to get started and purchase a cloud phone. Here is a concise pros and cons table based on my review:

However, Gologin leads the comparison with extremely lower cost, better performance, fingerprinting, and ease of use. Here is why.
In BitBrowser, you pay for your phone usage separately. Figuring out pricing structure is tricky for first timers. Gologin on the other hand has a unified pricing. For the same $9/month plan, you can create ten cloud Android or antidetect browser profiles. You don’t have to pay additionally for usage, or rent an Android profile first. You can use your 10 profile quota to create a mix of Android and browser profiles. This is the biggest cost difference between BitCloud and Gologin.
BitCloudPhone requires external proxies to start operating. Proxies are another additional cost on top of your cloud phone usage. Gologin on the other hand provides 2GB of proxy bandwidth in their plans. Instead of adding proxies, you can use Gologin’s built-in proxies with your cloud Android phones. Gologin automatically matches the geolocation, timezone and the rest of the device fingerprint around your selected proxy.
If you want a serious cloud phone option for your agency, or multiaccounting workflows, Gologin Cloud Phone is not only cheaper, it’s easier to use, and has a better launch performance compared to BitCloudPhone.

Final Verdict
BitCloudPhone is worth a shot if you want to test a low-entry cloud phone provider. Moreover, it has iOS support as well which is costly but worth it since you’re renting an actual iPhone SE via cloud. For multi-account operations, customer support workflows, and testing, Golgin makes more sense because of affordability.
For automations, I would not recommend any of these two since the primary use case of Gologin is handling multiple accounts on Android devices, not automating workflows. BitCloudPhone’s automation features lack the necessary polishing to take it seriously.
