🔍 About Stack Against
Founded in 2020, Stack Against is a team specializing in competitive intelligence and copywriting for SaaS companies. They are all about high-converting, SEO-optimized comparison pages for SaaS that not only rank, but drive leads as well.
1. The Challenges
Before Gologin, Stack Against faced quite common, yet no less serious challenges for almost any marketing team:
- Managing multiple social media accounts for better lead acquisition & company presence online
- Sharing account access with team members
- Delegating work sessions in social accounts and websites directly to remote team members so they can continue my work.
The best thing about Gologin is you can share profiles with other team members and everyone always picks up where the other left off.
2. Previous Solutions
- Before Gologin, we tried to manage several accounts from regular browsers (Chrome) and same IP addresses. This solution worked, however managing only 2-3 accounts was the limit before they got restricted
- Another way I tried to manage accounts was using several physical devices (i.e. laptops) and switching between them
- To delegate work to a teammate, I had to send the account credentials directly and send 2FA codes every time.
❓ What Didn’t Work?
- Account restrictions. Managing accounts from a regular browser, it’s quite tricky or impossible to grow – you easily get restricted from using even 2 accounts from the same system
- Unsustainable routine. Switching between devices worked for some time, however it also was a pain. Having to switch devices or log in and out many times a day is not sustainable. And I can’t force my team to keep switching devices as well. Plus, using multiple devices from the same office IP address is also suspicious for certain social media sites
- Daily time waste. Entering and sending 2FA codes every time we needed to log in the account worked as well, however was quite difficult as well. A lot of our productive time and effort was simply wasted on a simple login procedure.
3. Looking For New Solution & Choosing Gologin
- I initially tried using VPNs to manage multiple profiles but that quickly became impossible. Most websites detect VPNs today and you put your accounts at risk if they detect weird activity coming from your profiles
- I also tried Multilogin, but GoLogin was the clear winner in terms of ease of use and pricing.
💡 What made you choose Gologin over alternatives?
- Easy setup. It’s super easy to understand and set up – I was a total beginner and was still able to set up my account and profiles in a few hours
- Easy sharing. I loved how easy it was to share your desired profiles with other people from your team. It’s great that I can start working on a profile and if I stop, someone from my team can open the same profile on their device and they can pick up right where I left off.
- Built-in proxies. You can use Gologin’s own proxies or connect to your purchased proxies. There are tutorials and guides for anything you don’t know how to set up.
✍🏻 Time for some criticism
- The tool could use auto-update in the background, as well as auto-refresh so I can work with the latest profiles all the time
- The pricing system for inviting members to my dashboard could be more clear.
4. Implementation & Results
- I stopped switching devices to login to my accounts.
- My team can now work with all the profiles that we manage, without having to ask for authentication codes or getting blocked
- Overall the tool has helped our team solve the problems mentioned above. It still has space for improvement, however it is a solid solution for us right now.

- It saves me personally at least 3 hours a week, and for my entire team it’s at least 10 hours a week saved
- It’s probably helping us recover $10K a year in saved time
- We’ve cut in more than half the time it takes us to produce, publish and distribute social media content
- It’s helping us manage multiple online profiles and grow our organic social media presences without time loss or the risk of getting our accounts restricted.

5. The Outcomes

- For social media management, yes! Gologin has quickly become a key part of our daily workflow. It saves us from a lot of time waste and stress each time we have to use social accounts.

- It was the perfect choice. The tool works great and support is always available if we need extra help.
What is the key metric you would name as the before-after result of using Gologin?
- Time spent “troubleshooting” accounts and communicating with my team to get things done before: 10 hours a week.

What’s one surprising thing Gologin does that you didn’t expect?
- I love how, no matter what I’m doing in my browser session, I can stop at any time and someone else from my team, on their side of the world, can open that profile and see the same tabs I was working on. It makes collaboration way easier than having to explain people what you were doing and where you left off.
