# Facebook / Meta Ads

Facebook is one of the most fingerprint-aware platforms. It cross-references IP address, device environment, behavioral patterns, and payment history to evaluate accounts. Inconsistencies between any of these signals trigger verification checks.

## Quick checklist

* 1 account = 1 browser profile
* 1 profile = 1 static residential or mobile proxy
* Never reuse a proxy across profiles
* Match profile OS to your device OS
* Do not change proxy or fingerprint after first login

## Step 1. Set up your Gologin profile

Recommended settings:

* \*\*Proxy: \*\*static residential or mobile — assign before opening Facebook for the first time
* \*\*Fingerprint: \*\*leave defaults — do not adjust Canvas, WebGL, or AudioContext manually

Once logged into Facebook in a profile, do not change proxy or fingerprint settings. Facebook stores device data server-side. A fingerprint change looks like a new device trying to access your account.

## Step 2. Warm up the browser before registration

Before creating a new account, spend 10–15 minutes browsing normally inside the profile:

* Open 3–5 unrelated websites
* Scroll, click, pause naturally
* Do not go to Facebook yet

This builds session history and makes the environment look like a real device. A completely fresh browser with no history is a strong detection signal.

## Step 3. Create the account

* Space account registrations at least 30–60 minutes apart
* Use a unique phone number for each account
* Do not create more than 2–3 accounts per day per proxy location
* Avoid identical registration flows across accounts

If Facebook asks for phone verification during registration — complete it. Do not skip or use the same number twice.

## Step 4. Complete the profile

* Upload a profile photo and cover photo
* Fill in basic information (location, workplace, education)
* Follow 5–10 pages related to your niche
* Join 1–2 groups

Do not post links, create events, or send friend requests in the first 24 hours.

## Step 5. Warm up the account

Facebook evaluates new accounts heavily during the first 2–3 weeks.

### Warmup timeline

| **Period** | **Focus**         | **What to do**                                  |
| :--------- | :---------------- | :---------------------------------------------- |
| Day 0      | Setup             | Profile completion + 15 min browsing            |
| Days 1–7 | Passive | Browse feed, watch videos, like posts |
| Days 8–14  | Light interaction | Comments, page follows, 2–3 friend requests/day |
| Week 3 | Normal use | Groups, more interactions, occasional posts |
| Week 4+    | Ads-ready         | Business Manager + ad account setup             |

### Safe activity levels

| **Action**          | **Recommended level** |
| :------------------ | :-------------------- |
| Friend requests     | 5–10 / day            |
| Page follows        | 5–10 / day            |
| Post likes          | 15–30 / day           |
| Group joins         | 1–2 / day             |
| External link posts | After week 3          |

## Meta Ads setup

Only set up Meta Ads after the personal profile is warmed up — minimum 1–2 weeks of activity.

* Create a Business Manager account ([business.facebook.com](http://business.facebook.com))
* Add your personal profile as an admin
* Create one ad account — start with one
* Add a unique payment method
* Launch a small test campaign (\$5–10/day)
* Increase spend gradually over 1–2 weeks

<Warning>
  Do not add the same payment method to multiple ad accounts. Facebook links accounts through shared payment methods. Each ad account needs a unique payment source.
</Warning>

## Common risk triggers

### Immediate bans

* Logging in from a new IP after the account was already active
* Same payment method across multiple ad accounts
* Creating 5+ accounts in one day from the same proxy location
* Running ads before profile warmup

### Gradual restrictions

* Posting the same content from multiple accounts
* High friend request volume with low acceptance rate
* Mass group joining in a short period
* Unusual spending spikes in ads
