# Falsche IP-Adresse: Meine echte IP-Adresse wird bei Verwendung eines Proxys angezeigt

> Wenn Ihre echte IP-Adresse bei der Nutzung des Gologin-Browsers mit einem Proxy preisgegeben wird

Die einzige uns bekannte Ursache für ein IP-Leck ist eine laufende **NordVPN**-Software mit aktivierter Funktion **Threat Protection**.\
Die Funktion Threat Protection hat im System eine höhere Priorität und sorgt dafür, dass jeder Browser (auch Ihre normalen Browser) die IP-Adresse von NordVPN verwendet. Das funktioniert auch dann, wenn die VPN-Verbindung deaktiviert ist.

Wenn Sie in Gologin weiterhin mit einem Proxy arbeiten möchten, **deaktivieren Sie bitte Threat Protection**, damit die richtige Proxy-IP-Adresse angezeigt wird.
