# FAQ: Cloud Android

> Frequently asked questions about Cloud Android: price, limits, inactivity timeout, installing apps and proxies.

### Is Cloud Android free?

Yes, it's included in all paid plans at no extra cost. Trial users who registered with Google can use it during the trial.

### How many phones can I run at once?

Up to 10 on paid plans, 1 on the trial.

### Why did my phone stop by itself?

A phone with no activity for 15 minutes stops automatically. Run it again - your apps and data are saved.

### The phone takes a long time to start

Starting can take up to 2 minutes. Wait until the status changes to **running**, then click **View**.

### Is there Google Play in Cloud Android?

Install apps through Aurora Store, F-Droid or Uptodown, which come preinstalled.

### Do I need a proxy?

Recommended. Without a proxy, the phone uses the IP of a Gologin server. All proxy types are supported.

### I see "No available devices"

All cloud phones are busy at the moment. Try again later.
